Blessing of the Animals
Join us for Our Annual Event!
Every October we welcome all pets - big, small, furry, feathery, or scaly - to join us for the Blessing of the Animals.
The event takes place on or near October 4, the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi.
All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital welcomes Reverend Gerard "Jerry" A. Racioppi, Rector of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit in Verona in blessing all our animals.
Check back in the Fall for more details.
Community Partnerships
We are proud to work with the following rescue organizations to provide care for animals in need.
Best Friends Dog & Cat Animal Rescue
We work with Best Friends Dog and Cat Animal Rescue to provide care for its rescued animals, providing wellness care, vaccinations and surgeries. We also sometimes help them find homes for rescues.
Halfway Home Rescue
Located in North Haven, CT, Halfway Home Rescue Inc, is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless animals each year. Their goal is to provide medical care and place each animal in a home that most suits its needs.
Brick City Rescue
BCR is dedicated to finding loving, stable homes for all adoptable homeless dogs in New Jersey. It focuses mainly on bully breeds and serves as a community resource, promoting responsible pet ownership and providing education.
West Orange Trap & Release Rescue
West Orange's Trap, Neuter Vaccinate & Return (TNVR) program addresses the problem of overpopulation of cats by trapping feral cats, spaying or neutering them, vaccinating them against rabies and other common illnesses, then returning them to their outdoor "home" to live out their lives.
