Exotic, Avian and Small Mammal Care

All Creatures Great and Small provides complete veterinary care for all exotic pets including birds, reptiles, snakes, turtles, pocket pets (hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, mice, etc.) rabbits, chinchillas and sugar gliders.

Making sure you understand your exotic pet’s individual needs is most important to us. Most exotic pet illnesses can be prevented with proper nutrition and housing. If, however, your exotic pet becomes ill, knowing what symptoms to look for and how to properly treat them will ensure your exotic pet has the best chance of living a long and healthy life.

Post-Purchase Consultation

Welcome your new exotic pet into your family with a post-purchase consultation to get started on the right path to a happy and healthy life.

A consultation visit includes a complete physical examination, husbandry and nutritional counseling, disease screening and laboratory testing, if necessary.

Annual Examinations

Since exotic pets often conceal their illnesses, we strongly recommend annual examinations. We will check for health abnormalities and discuss nutritional and husbandry concerns. With annual veterinary medical examinations, problems are often seen before they become serious medical conditions for these fragile animals.
