*Patients must have been seen by one of our doctors within the last 60 days and be up to date on their rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. If not, a wellness exam with vaccinations or a dental exam is required as well as pre-operative bloodwork. This bloodwork is good for three weeks. If your pet has been to our office within the last 60 days but has not had bloodwork done, a pre-operative bloodwork appointment is required before your pet can be scheduled for a dental procedure. Their dental procedure will be booked at the time of their bloodwork appointment. Services must be booked by 2/28/22, but services can be performed after 2/28/22.
