Meet Our Staff

Jennifer Berkey, CVT

Hospital Manager

Jennifer Berkey joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in May 2017. Jennifer’s outgoing personality, organizational skills, and patience with clients and pets are what helps keep our hospital running smoothly. Jennifer enjoys creating a positive work environment for the staff, while promoting optimal patient care for our clients.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Kean University in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She is also a Certified Veterinary Technician. Before joining the All Creatures Great and Small staff, Jennifer worked at Westfield Vet Group and Plainfield Animal Hospital. Jennifer has been working in the animal care field for 15 years.

At home, Jennifer lives with her 3 dogs Jack, Crumbs, and Jordan, her chinchilla, Bruce, and her red-eared slider turtle, Lea. In her spare time, Jennifer likes to bike ride, garden, read, attend concerts, see Broadway shows, and she loves to visit the beach!

Tricia Citelli

Client Services

Tricia Citelli joined our team in December of 2000. She’s the familiar face that all our clients love seeing when they walk through the door.

Tricia does “a little bit of everything” around the hospital. She helps with checking in patients, answering phones, and filling medications. She is also a trained veterinary technician and helps assist the doctors during busy hours. Tricia enjoys getting to know all our clients and loves working with the entire staff.

In her spare time, Tricia enjoys volunteering with wildlife rehab and rescue groups, camping, hiking with her dogs, and baking. Tricia has 12 dogs, 5 cats, 1 rabbit, 24 chickens, 1 goose, 1 turkey, 1 peacock, 1 pig, and 1 spider ball python!

Michelle Gallagher

Client Services

Michelle Gallagher joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in May 2019. Michelle is excited to be working in the animal health related field for the first time. She is responsible for greeting clients, making appointments, and checking in/out patients. Her background in business will help us keep our front desk area organized and running smoothly.

When not working at the hospital, Michelle spends free time with her family. She enjoys scrapbooking, painting, and doing craft projects. She also takes care of her cat, Cuddles!

Tanya Kudlacik

Client Services

Tanya Kudlacik joined the staff at All Creatures Great and Small in December 2018. Her primary responsibilities are to greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments. Tanya enjoys interacting with clients and making them feel “at home” in our hospital. Her extensive customer service experience and a great love for animals will surely make her a perfect addition to our staff!

Tanya is a Co-Founder of Brick City Rescue, which was established in August 2017. She also volunteers at the Bergen County Animal Shelter, as well as, the Newark Animal Humane Society. She has two dogs of her own, Tatum and Bolo, who are both Pitbulls.

When not working at the hospital, Tanya enjoys hiking, camping, and going to the beach with her husband and 2 sons. She really enjoys outdoor activities where her dogs can be included!

Jessica Da Silva

Client Services

Jessica Da Silva joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in June 2019. Jessica is excited to be working for the first time in the animal health related field. Jessica’s bubbly personality is a perfect fit for our front desk. Her primary responsibilities are to greet clients, answers phones, and make appointments. She is also being trained as an assistant.

At home, Jessica lives with Zoey, her Border Collie Mix, and Luna, her Shepard Mix. When she is not at the hospital, she loves hanging out with her friends, camping, hiking, and going to concerts.

Christiana Tyra

Client Services & Veterinary Technician

Christiana Tyra joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in June 2017. Christiana works as both a both a client services representative and a veterinary technician. Her main responsibility is to assist doctors in procedures and surgeries, and guide clients through doctors at home instructions. Christiana loves working with the staff at All Creatures Great and Small because it makes her feel good knowing that she’s helping the staff deliver the best possible care for its patients.

Christiana holds a BS in criminology from The College of New Jersey. Before working at All Creatures Great and Small, Christiana worked at a doggie daycare center.

During her time off, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and going to the beach in the summer.

Edwin Franco

Veterinary Technician

Edwin has been a part of the All Creatures Great and Small veterinary technician team since August of 2015. He has spent over 15 years in the animal care field and has previously worked at Madison Animal Hospital and NJ Pets. He is also a facilities manager at our referring specialty hospital, AERA.

Being able to help sick pets get better and giving owners peace of mind is what Edwin enjoys most about his job. As a veterinary technician, Edwin helps with everything from bringing clients and patients to rooms to taking x-ray and running in-house bloodwork.

In Edwin’s spare time he likes to pet sit, snow board, take trips to the beach and spend time with family and friends. Edwin is the owner of an 8-year old Rottweiler named Cody and a 10-year old French Bulldog named Drama.

Barbara Soto

Veterinary Technician

Barbara Soto is a full-time veterinary technician at All Creatures Great and Small. She joined our team in March of 2017. Barbara has been working in the animal care field for 14 years. In the past, she worked at Cameron Animal Hospital, Morris Plains Wildlife Refuge and in hospice care. She also pet sits.

Barbara’s main responsibilities are to help doctors nurse patients back to good health, educate clients on their pet’s medicines or procedures, and assist in surgery.

During her time off, Barbara likes to hike with her dogs, collect crystal stones, peruse through flea markets and volunteer at a turtle rescue. She has a 14-year old cat named Budskie, a 8-year old Chihuahua named Adele, and a 4-year old Poodle Mix named Nina Star.

Chantell Espinosa

Veterinary Technician

Chantell Espinosa joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in June 2017.  Chantell ‘s main responsibilities are helping doctors during appointments, running blood work and prepping patients for procedures.  Chantell really enjoys assisting doctors during surgery and calming animals down during and after appointments.

Chantell has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University and is also bilingual in Spanish.  She has been working in the animal care field for 5 years and her previous experience includes working at an animal shelter and making housecalls.  She also has experience with small animal medicine and emergency medicine.

When not working at All Creatures Great and Small, Chantell enjoys working out, playing racquetball, going to Broadway shows, and walking her dog.  Chantell lives at home with her 15 year old Dachshund, Buffy, her 3 year old DSH tiger cat, Angel, and her 1 year old tortie DSH cat, Willow.

Mariana Amaya

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Mariana Amaya joined the staff at All Creatures Great and Small in October 2018. Her primary responsibility is to assist doctors when they are with patients. She also checks on patients throughout the facility to make sure they are comfortable. Mariana says she likes working at this hospital because the staff is friendly, the doctors are amazing at what they do, and she gets to spend time with lots of animals.

At home, Mariana has 3 dogs. Prince is a Golden Retriever, Nala is a Golden Doodle, and Titan is a Pit Bull. When not at the hospital, Mariana likes to spend time with her family and friends as well as go hiking with her dogs. She enjoys being around animals all the time!
